Facilities
A small but versatile laboratory is equipped to carry out micro-scale synthesis and natural product analysis. The company has equipment for gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometry and other standard techniques. The laboratory also houses pilot facilities comprising a 50 litre QVF reflux and distillation unit and a 100 litre QVF reactor. These semi-bulk scale systems can make all of the current products in 25-50kg quantities.
The production site comprises a 5000 litre stainless steel reactor to process Lipidol. This building also houses warehousing sufficient for 50 tons of finished product and raw materials.
