(Full time position, based in Shropshire (UK)

Pathway Intermediates is an innovation-led global company developing cutting edge technology for sustainable animal nutrition. To support our vibrant innovation pipeline we are expanding our product development team. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to assist product approvals by building up registration dossiers. You will be closely involved in some of the research processes that support product registration activities, such as feeding studies and in vitro/laboratory analyses as well as preparing the detailed dossiers for submission to approval bodies. This is a challenging role that requires good technical knowledge of biological sciences and understanding of experimental design and interpretation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to write methodically and systematically are key for this role. Full training and development will be provided to our successful candidate.

The Regulatory Affairs Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • • Developing and agreeing research protocols and assisting with the management of studies
  • • Maintaining accurate records of studies and assisting in the write up
  • • Developing the regulatory affairs knowledge of the group
  • • Supporting the quality systems
  • • Communicating the dossier development to the Pathway group
  • • Working closely with the marketing team and research development team for market access strategy of new products

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:


  • • Honours Degree in a science or life-science subject (candidates with animal sciences or veterinary sciences degrees are preferred). Biology and Chemistry A level and/or equivalent level of work experience are required.
  • • Excellent technical writing skills
  • • Microsoft packages and good presentation skills.
  • • Analytical and high attention to detail
  • • Strong organisation ability
  • • Well organised with good prioritisation skills
  • • Ability to work on own initiative but as part of a team
  • • Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, ‘can-do’ attitude with willingness to learn
